Hello world!

This is my first post to let you know I shall blogging regularly in the New Year about my training, nutrition, work (at the Wokingham Famous Ocean Sports Therapy Clinic) and there may also be the odd mention about my husband to be- Owen & our dog Yumi.

I can’t wait to get going! I hope you enjoy :)
